Weather
Despite what you may have heard, it’s not always raining! But the weather in the UK can be notoriously unpredictable, so it is best to play the odds. The hottest and driest period is summertime from June to September, when temperatures are 14-30°C. During this time long summer evenings can be enjoyed, gardens will be in bloom and warm days can be spent wandering around. Weather conditions do vary from area to area, it’s possible for a shower to occur in one town whilst the neighbouring town is bathing in sunshine, but generally it gets warmer the further South you are.
