Refund Policy

You may cancel a payment made on the WABCG10 Registration Website within seven days of making the booking by sending an email quoting your Booking Reference Number.

If paid for via our online WorldPay payment system, all refunds will be credited to the payment card used to make the booking.

Conference Cancellation Policy

In the following instances the fee charged upon cancellations of attendance at WABCG10 will be:

Up to 5th May 2010 – no cancellation charge.
6th May 2010 – 17th June 2010 50% of the delgate fee cancellation charge (unless within 7 days of the initial booking date).
18th June 2010 – 30th June 2010 75% of the delgate fee cancellation charge.
1st July 2010 onwards 100% of the delgate fee cancellation charge.

Hotel Cancellation Policies

In the following instances the fee charged upon cancellations hotel stays will be:

Crowne Plaza Hotel:
18th March 2010 -17th May 2010, cancellation charge is 25% of room rate for each night cancelled.
18th May 2010 - 17th June 2010, cancellation charge is 50% of room rate for each night cancelled.
18th June onwards, cancellation charge is 100% of room rate for each night cancelled.

Royal Cambridge Hotel:
Up to 17th June 2010, cancellation charge is 10% of room rate for each night cancelled.
18th June 2010 onwards, 100% of room rate for each night  cancelled cancellation charge.


Accommodation is subject to availability, delegates will be contacted if room bookings are unavailable.
