Conference Venue
At WABCG10 all of the conference sessions will be taking place at a single main conference venue, the esteemed West Road Concert Hall in Cambridge, UK.
West Road Concert Hall
Best known for being home to exceptional music events, it is also the largest conference facility within the University of Cambridge. The hall is ideal for conferences, with a 340 square metre foyer providing an exhibitions and networking area. There are also a number of meeting rooms available for networking opportunities, as well as an IT networking facility with 12 stations to work from.

Hotels
Delegates are encouraged to stay at our recommended hotels, where we have arranged preferential rates for those attending WABCG10 and for their families. For information on family rates, see the Family options page. Both hotels are based in the centre of Cambridge a short walk away from the conference venue.
You will be able to book your hotel upon registering for WABCG10. To book a room whilst they are still available, please register for the conference.
Crowne Plaza, Cambridge
The Crowne Plaza Hotel Cambridge with its comfortable accommodation and convenient facilities is an ideal base for experiencing an exciting stay in the city of Cambridge. A prime location in the heart of the City Centre, the hotel affords its guests easy access to Cambridge’s key attractions. The Crowne Plaza is a short distance away from the conference venue, offering a 15-20 minute walk or six minutes by road.

The Royal Cambridge Hotel
The Royal Cambridge is one of the oldest hotels in Cambridge, and was once part of the world famous Addenbrooke's Hospital. The hotel is located on the edge of the City Centre, within easy walking distance from the famous colleges such as the Gala Dinner venue King's College. The Royal Cambridge is approx. a 15 minute walk away from the Conference Venue and 5 minutes by road.

Location
Cambridge is in the East of England, in the county of Cambridgeshire. At only fifty miles from London, Cambridge is generally easy to get to however you travel, and its transport links are many and varied. Cambridge is accessible from all major airports, via both road and rail. The conference venues and hotels are located in the centre of Cambridge.
